WHY AWARE?
Aware is short for awareness. Without awareness our worlds become narrow and small. The options we have to choose from in order to improve decrease. Awareness is the first step in making meaningful change. Aware Performance Group helps athletes and performers go from having a game in their heads, to their head in the game. We provide cutting edge modern psychological approaches to increase performance and mental flexibility. All of our team have their own experiences working independently before coming together to create Aware Performance Group LLC.
Together our coaches have combined experiences with a range of clients from; elite junior academies (Georgia Beach Volleyball, IJGA), NCAA (UGA, USCB, TWU, UK, UNM, Morehead State), multiple professional golfers on Korn Ferry Tour, Epson Tour, PGA Americas, International level amateur athletes, the United States Military (160th SOAR), and Olympic (Team Canada Women's volleyball) athletes and teams.
